SHIPPING POLICY
DOMESTIC DELIVERY
We strive to ship all orders within three business days. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped. We offer flat rate delivery for all items under 10kgs, our flat rate delivery fee is BHD 7.50/-. Items weighing over 10kgs incur a surcharge, and third party products such as wallpaper incur further shipping surcharges.
DELIVERY POLICY - FURNITURE
For in-stock furniture, estimated delivery time within the Kingdom of Bahrain is 7-10 business days. All other furniture is made to order and requires a four-week minimum lead time. See each item's product detail page for individual product lead time, and shipping service.
Hasan Alshawi Est. may deliver via a partnered white glove service provider to ensure the best delivery possible. Furniture White Glove Delivery includes inside delivery and the removal of all packaging materials. White Glove delivered items require 3-10 days of handling time prior to transit time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Hasan Alshawi Est. is pleased to offer international shipping to most destination worldwide. Our partners are standing by to assist you with bringing your order home or delivering it to loved ones anywhere around the globe.
Hasan Alshawi Est. packages are shipped via third-party international shipping service. Delivery can take place in 7-10 business days. Orders are usually picked packed and ready to ship within three business days of placing an order. A business day is considered to be Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays.
Please note that shipments outside the Kingdom of Bahrain may be subject to import duties and fees, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your respective customs office for further information about specific duties and taxes for your country. In addition, we are required by law to disclose the full value of package contents and cannot alter the value of your invoice or receipt.
